I work at the public library in Johnstown PA. I also do facepainting and balloon animals at birthday parties.

From reading other profiles, i think i should add to mine! I'm going to do something i saw someone else do, the ABC's of me. Something i like starting with each letter of the alphabet.

A - animals. I have a LOT of pets. 2 dogs, 6 cats. Good thing i live in a rambling 100 year old house and have plenty of sun porches!

B - books. I am an avid reader and love everything about books. To open a new book is like opening a door to a new world, new lives, new points of view.

C - coffee. Love the stuff. A cup of hot coffee with sugar and cream soothes the soul.

D - driving. I love getting in the car on a sunny day with no destination in mind, getting lost and seeing what cool restaurants and stores i can discover.

E - envelopes! Decorated, handmade, stickered, pretty writing. A plain envelope is a missed opportunity.

F - flea markets. I love to look at other people's junk! Finding the diamond in the rough.

G - gardening. I plant about 30 planters with flowers and have a small vegetable garden every year.

H - home. There's no where I'd rather be.

I - ink pens, glitter and gel, scented, and bic bold

J - jewelry, I love sparkly old brooches to craft with.

K - kitschy. Love vintage stationery, especially 80's. I just love anything really old and unique.

L - London, but really just anything England. I'm obsessed with the whole history, culture, and accent. I Love watching the BBC, doctor who, how clean is your house, red dwarf, the IT crowd, Sherlock, and so many more.

M - mail! I'm so not picky! Huge, long, chatty, steam of consciousness letters. Fat mail, skinny mail, I appreciate when anyone puts a little time in to creating something pretty or unique.

N - Neil Gaiman, he's my favorite author and person. He even signed a library card from my library and sent it back to me with pictures!

O - ocean. I used to live in Florida and North Carolina and I miss living near the beach.

P - pizza. Is there such a thing as a bad pizza? I like them all. NY, Chicago deep dish, flat and crispy, white or red, i love pizza.

Q - quilts. Not the making of, i don't have the patience or precision for that! I just like buying them, looking at them, crafting with old ones, etc.

R - resting. I live for naps!

S - stained glass. Again, not to make but to buy and look at. I have several stained glass lamps that i treasure. I love sun catchers too.

T - tea. I love tea and tisanes. Love pretty much every tea except for green tea.

U - useless trivia. Surprise me with some weird bit of knowledge.

V - vampires. Love a good dark and seductive vampire book or movie.

W - winter. I love how cozy a season it is. Watching the snow fall outside while you're in your cozy warm house is relaxing, cozy, and comforting.

X - skipping this one Y - Yankee candles. I admit it, I hoard candles. I love burning them, buying them, smelling them, making them.

Z - zombies. My absolute favorite monster, i live for a good zombie book! There was a year where i read nothing but zombie books. Movies and tv shows are good too, but zombie books rule.
