If I should have rated you and didn't let me know, I will fix it ASAP, I have this nagging feeling that I missed someone(s).

The few outstanding swaps I had during my 5 month hospital stay have been taken care of and everything is back to "let's trade" status. Those few of you who waited while I was so ill were very kind, true swapbot pillars of the community. I can't wait to get playing again, however, if you think we had so sort of private swap or I offered to send you something no strings attached contact me and we will figure it out. I don't want anyone out there feeling like I won't follow through for them. Your an awesome bunch!

The problem that keeps making me so ill is at it again, I am hoping that I will know more when I see the DR next week. However, our town is so small that many tests have to be sent to the labs in Vancouver 1800 km's away and if I need am MRI (Which is probable) I have to drive 3 hours to the next province. You can see why they send anything serious to the coast or to Edmonton in the next province 8 hours away. Thankfully they are building a new hospital but it won't be ready for a year or two. I just pray it will have an MRI as I am really getting tired of travelling when I feel awful just to be poked and prodded. Keep you up dated

Jan 2/11 CURRENTLY EXTREMELY ILL AND HAVING A LONG AND DIFFICULT RECOVERY. ONE OF THOSE TIMES REAL LIFE INSISTS ON COMING FIRST. WE WILL GET ALL THE SWAPS DONE IT'S JUST GOING TO TAKE LONGER, SO SORRY BUT I AM CURRENTLY TRYING TO GET WELL WITHOUT A HOSPITAL STAY.

After finally waiting for ever, having surgery and recuperating, my health is sooooooooo much better now. All my outstanding swaps are taken care of and I am healthy and able to participate in new ones. After what has been the most difficult year in my life it is so wonderful to feel like a whole person again. Can't wait to swap with you!

Aug 6/10 Suffer serve edema, have gained 30 pounds in a week and a half which has my doctor freaked out. Doing a bazillion tests but they can't seem to figure out why my cells seem to be retaining more and more water. If any of the 1's haven't been sent yet, they are packaged, in the car trunk and will be send as soon as my husband gets paid on the 15th, I only have enough money to purchase my prescriptions until then we are that broke. I am doing the very best I can with feeling so ill to get everything sent out (everything has been created since before it was due it's getting it out that is the problem and hubbie doesn't know what to do with the customs forms, even if we could afford to send it before he gets paid. I will NEVER flake on you even if I am a few months late.

I have contacted directly all the people that I am in swaps with to let them know the seriousness of my health problems and to let them know that their stuff has been ready long before there due due dates but that my health has kept me from having the strength to package them (if they are packaged i can send my husband to the PO but he hasn't a clue on getting them ready) They are packaged now and will be in the mail by the weekend. My husband is writing his Inter-Provincial Tradesman Exam as an automotive mechanic so he is studying like a maniac for this Friday and if he passes all he needs to get his ticket is a signature from his boss and he will be a full fledged journeyman. Needless to say, I am not bothering him with extra things until Friday evening.

For those of you who are interested in the state of my health my face has swollen up like this again http://www.flickr.com/photos/77701867@N00/4366299460/ once all over like that and once just on on side, My ankles and feet seem to be permanently swollen like balloons and it is all I can do to get them to bend enough to stand up. When I do stand up it leaves deep creases were I had to bend them. My right hand also swells from time to time, thank goodness I am a lefty.They think I may have something wrong with my kidneys and/or liver. They have done tests but being in an isolated northern town they have to send all but the most simple tests to Vancouver which takes about 2 months to get the results back unless it is an immediate life threating emergency, I have been in out of the hospital, 3 times this North and 4 last month. I have to admit I am a bit scared about the out come of the tests but I would rather know what is wrong with me and if there is something wrong then hopefully they can treat it. I am just trying to take it day by day and as I have had a few good ones getting these e swaps sent out. At least now with them being packaged and ready to go right down to the customs forms so if things turn bad he can at least send them,

Again, if I have missed anyone please let me know ASAP so we can get that fixed. Thank you for your understanding and I have tried to make the swaps extra special so that they were worth waiting for.

Nothing got mailed although it is all sitting in a bag ready to go. We having been dealing with the aftermath of a drug lab blowing up in an apartment 2 floors directly below my daughter, son-in-law, and grand baby's apartment. There was also a baby that lived in the apartment between the drug lab and my daughter's apartment. The only injuries were to whomever was stupid enough to blow up a butane container in their apartment. All I have heard so far is that someone from the idiots apartment sustained burns to some degree. I hope they hurt alot! I am usually a very laid back and compassionate person but when you traumatize and put half my family's lives in real truly serious danger then you better watch out because that Momma Bear instinct comes roaring out. Like it wasn't bad enough they had their car stolen from the parking lot of that place that had their car with part of the baby seat inside it a few months ago

Needless to say we have been up to our necks all weekend dealing with this and the property management company are being @sses about reimbursing them their damage and pet deposits as well as this months rent.They have tonnes of broken things in the house. My has been complaining since they moved in about the smell of pot that permeates there whole apartment all the time and she was pregnant and since they have had the baby and the management company did nothing,for ages and ages.My understanding is that they have finally been evicted and yet they were still there. I hate frivolous lawsuits but I think the kids should have a chat with a lawyer about how useless and uncaring about the health and safety of their tenants has been. All the kids could do was grab the baby and the diaper bag and get out as fast as they could. They had to leave the cat behind which was devastating for my daughter as she has had him since he was six weeks old. They finally decided it was stable enough to let Brettan go to the door of the apartment to see if he could see the cat. He couldn't coax the cat out but at least we know is alive and doesn't seem to be anything more than traumatized,just like my daughter and the baby. It took hours to console the baby as the fire alarms weren't turned off for ages and that was after a huge crash that sent things flying and breaking everywhere. They are basically homeless so thank god they have 4 sets of grandparents to help them. This whole thing has sent my anxiety disorder into overdrive but I will get the packages sent tomorrow no matter how hard my anxiety makes it to leave the house

APRIL 4/10

Well the fun just continues; not long after I was having connection problems the computer decided to break really good,it has worked perfectly for the past 5 years so this constant issues are not something \i am used to and they make me cranky and a bit nuts.

On the 22 of last month all our immediate family was struck down with pneumonia with baby Tara having been sent straight from the doctor to the hospital where she had to spend 3 days and 2 night being treated which is quite serious at 7 weeks old. I remember the day so accurately because her baby shower was the Sun. 21 right before and she was an angel at the shower, you couldn't tell she was sick at all then the next day we all woke up dying, my husband took 2 days off work and he is allergic to taking sick days. Because I haven't been able to get on the computer at all there are things showing as not sent but were so \i will try to fix that. I have come up will a deal with a friend to get on her laptop a couple days a week in exchange for some baby sitting. So go ahead and contact me,it just might be a couple days until I respond.

I have had a double whammy this past 2 weeks with being so ill ( my face swoll back up so we tried some different antibiotics) I spent time in the hospital and our internet connection has been down, I hope to contact any one who needs something from me and there are a whole bunch of stuff that went out during that time that time and may not have been notified. I will be in contact everyone over the next few days to let them know where things are at.

I have been severely ill with facial infection that came on overnight Monday the 8th of Feb and I am much better now but I am behind on a few things that started between then and now. Fortunately I had a lot of them made already so getting caught up shouldn't take too long. I have a picture of me ( and not quite at it's worst) that I am going to post here for a while until the people I need to get caught up with have the info then I will take it down cuz it is UGLY! I had no idea what was wrong with me and when I saw my Dr. who is really laid back, he freaked! He said it was a severe infection and when they appear with swelling like that out of no where they can be very dangerous. He made me take antibiotics immediately and he said if there wasn't even a small amount of improvement or if I got at all worse, I must see him or the hospital immediately. So I have been in bed since then and between the infection and the antibiotics I have felt like I was full of poison. I almost look normal again but then yesterday was my birthday and I spent it with a migraine and vomiting (that was a separate menstrual migraine, lucky me! All gone now thought!) so I really have been picked on by the health gods for my birthday.Thank goodness we aren't having people over to celebrate until Fri. and we are doing potluck!

It is so weird to put that 10 up there for the date. Anyway we are online with our own network again. Unfortunately I have to go wireless instead of me being on the hard line and having the laptop wireless. That is because some one in their infinite wisdom decided the room that should be an office didn't need anything silly like a cable outlet in it. The cable guy said it was too cold here right now and if they drill for the hard line now it will break the siding on the outside. He says there are people who insist and sure enough it happens every time. Seeing as we are leasing a house from a police officer and his wife, I really don't want to break the siding, lol! So I will just have to deal with a fussy router for a couple months and get the hard line put in when, if ever, it stops being the arctic circle up here. I have updated my address so if you keep track of addresses somewhere somewhere you will need to update mine although we do have mail forwarding so it should be a big deal if something has been sent out with the old address

will be off line any time now for the move hope to be back up and running as soon as I can, we do have a laptop and there is wireless Internet from the school near by as well as a few homes so if we have to wait for a tech to set up our high speed cable we nay be able to get back on as soon as tonight I think with luck the lap top will be back on tonight

For anyone concerned my health is quite stable right now and has bee for the past several months as you can see by the large amount of 5's I have racked up in the past couple months.

On a different note, we are moving as of the first of the month ( up here in -20C ) which should suck even if it's only across town at those temps. Still the place is so much nicer and cheaper than where we are now that it an opportunity that we can't pass up. I will put up a note right before we go off line but we shouldn't be down more than a couple of days as we all go into withdrawals! That's all for now!

Flu all gone now thank goodness. That was unpleasant! Of course I had to go and sprain my ankle really badly last night. The only up side is that it doesn't interfer with my ability to make swaps! That's all that matters to me now no matter how much it hurts!

I have just been back from the doctor this after noon because I have been achy and exhausted for the last couple days, Looks like I have the Swine flu (H1N1) or something similar and I am now stuck in bed for 4 or 5 days keeping my body pumped full of Tamiflu ant-viral medication. I an telling you now if you can get the vaccination do it because this sucks beyond believing. It make take me a few days to return any messages sent my way. Now back to bed, just wanted to keep everyone in the loop

It wasn't till I went to my profile again later I noticed the message was not there so I think I responded to a message made for whomever's page I was looking at. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE POST OFFICE DOES TO THE MAIL THAT IS SO DAMAGING BUT IF YOU COULD PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE TO PUT SOME PACKING TAPE ON THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE ENVELOPE YOU ARE SENDING ME IT WILL HAVE A MUCH BETTER CHANCE OF ARRIVING IN ONE PIECE SO I WILL GET ALL YOUR GOODIES.
