So glad you liked the mushroom mail art. I’m going to have to make some major dietary changes. My cholesterol was through the roof. Probably because of hereditary reasons and because of one of the antidepressants that helps me most. I refuse to give it up. A low cholesterol diet basically looks vegan to me, except for lean meats, but I love dairy! Wait that doesn’t sound vegan at all. Lol. Well animal products are cut out for the most part. At least the good ones. I’m on cholesterol meds. I was scared because they make most people sick and have muscle aches, but I’m fine. My body seems immune to most med side effects. I suppose because I’m on so many. Enough rambling. You are not alone. I’m cutting out Cokes which I love, but no high fructose corn syrup. Who knew? But hopefully I’ll lose some weight. Kudos to you for no sugar. You’ll feel so much better in the long run. I’m proud of you. It’s something I hope to accomplish in the future as well. I’m here for support. â¤ï¸Ââ¤ï¸Ââ¤ï¸Ââ¤ï¸Ââ¤ï¸Ââ¤ï¸Ââ¤ï¸Â
