I am a mixed media artist, living in Minnesota, who enjoys using unconventional materials to create something beautiful. You can see more of what I create at www.treasuresofavalon.etsy.com I'm also a consultant for my family's game store, called Geek World(look them up on facebook, the store is in Tyler, TX). Meaning I recommend games they should carry, and when my mom can't remember how to play a game she calls me on the phone and has me walk her through it while she's teaching it to someone, lol. As a result I get a lot of geek related ephemera in the way of packaging, ad cards, free comic book day stuff, etc. Pretty awesome.
I have three kitties (Cadburry, Jack, and Meeple) and 5 tarantulas.
I am a substitute teacher on the side, but my main passion is art. I travel all over the place during the summer to various art and craft shows. I specialize in using recycled materials to create my products. I also do Henna Tattoos at some of the craft shows.
I have very ecclectic taste in music but some of my favorites are Fur Elise by Beethoven and anything by Cyndi Lauper. I also love Ani DiFranco and David Bowie. And I recently rediscovered my love for Gypsy Foot
Several years ago I saw Dehli 2 Dublin perform at Faerie Worlds and they were amazing. You should definitely check them out!

I totally understand that things happen. Just communicate and if it's for a good reason I will still consider rating a five. If you send your swap late without communicating with me ahead of the due date, I will rate you a three, regardless of how many extras you include. Sending on time is part of the swap requirement.
