Hi dear ! I cant make a list with favorite authors... As you say, there are too many. D.Gabaldon is on mine as well ;-) Yeah a full mailbox is only good when it is filled with letters. Mine is rather empty nowadays, so if you are willing to give it/us a try, please let me know.(I'm not good at emailing, I tend to forget to answer...)
I like to journal as well, what do you journal about ?

I also love to write, and have recently been searching for a local writers group where we live now. In the meantime, I write every day, even if it isn't "good", because an idea can always be edited into something else later. I recommend Stephen King's book "On Writing", a book he wrote for writers with good ideas who struggle with a starting point. I hope you keep writing! Best regards, Sofia

I also love snail mail. been writing since I was 8-9 years old have met a few snail mail friends I love it when I receive mail ...but when I don't sniffles .. lol feel free to pm me anytime ..

I love the cool, crisp days of autumn after the 'dog days of summer' - it is such a nice change. The leaves turning colors and huge colorful mums, football, fires, and jackets - It's great. :-)
Ah! Fall is my favorite season. One of the many reasons is that it is the time of harvest, of preparing the home for the upcoming winter months. It is the feeling of comfort for me, the scents, sights, the feel of the cool Autumn breeze upon my skin, bringing the smells of the earth.
