I live in Yorkshire in the UK. I love receiving post! I heard about this website from Postcrossing.com (user ThePies) where I have been a member for nearly a year.

I'm married and have 3 children. I love being outside and going for long walks. I am learning to garden! Last year we terraced our garden - digging by hand - it took all summer. I am hoping to grow things this year.

I'm learning about SwapBot as I go so will fill in more sections of my profile gradually! I'm from England and therefore spell the English way (adding 'u' to 'favorite' all the way!!)

I love sewing. My grandmother gave me her sewing machine when she moved house last year. It is a 60 year old Singer 201k treadle machine (who needs electricity?).

I try various other crafts from time to time - I enjoy all sorts of different things.

I am always planning to take up scrapbooking. I have lots of photos that need organising someday... I just haven't found the time yet. We have a fantastic Scrapbooking store near us but I too scared to buy anything!! Little update... Thank you to eveyone who has sent me amazing scrapbooking supplies. I am ready to get started!!!

I don't watch lots of TV but I do enjoy:

This is the section I am least sure about! I am hoping that I will get more ideas within the next few weeks. I promise to keep this section updated!

I like Bright, Clean, Fresh & Shiny anything.

• Fun socks UK size 5 (US 6 1/2, Europe 38)
• Tea and coffee
• postcards - home made or store bought/ ad or not. Anything goes really. I would quite like state map cards if you are from the US.
• Crafty bits and pieces - I can always find a use for things (or if not I can pass them on!)
• Fabric
• Ribbons
• Buttons
• Orgami paper - I got some once from a Postcrosser in Japan and it was fab. My daughter and I would like to make 1000 cranes & it would be awesome if we could do it with swapbotted paper!

I would also love instructions for a craft that you do. There are so many things I would love to get involved in but I am not sure where to start. Quick tutorials will be really welcomed!

I have 3 children and am hoping to take part in some swaps for them too.

Likes Sonic the hedgehog He also likes pokemon. If anyone in the US can get hold of a little Pokeball thing about 2 inches sphere that pops out a little Pokemon when you press the button (I think there is a little delay before the Pokemon pops out) then we would love you forever! I know that Walmart stocked them because my nephew got one when he was in US recently. My son has wanted one since he got to play with his cousin's! I am hoping that someone who reads this knows what I am talking about!!! New or second hand would be really welcome!

Likes dolls, playing house, imaginative things. Knitted or crocheted food would be fab for her!

Hmmm. I am thinking really hard about this - guess the best way to find a dislike is to recieve something I don't like.

I suppose I dislike Dark, Dirty, Stale and Dull.

I'm still fairly new to Swap-Bot but already I am proud of my good ratings. :) Please, please contact me if you haven't received anything from me. I always send out what I have signed up for.

I like to archive my swaps when I have rated my partners and my partners have rated me. I will contact you if I haven't had a rating from you in case you have forgotton to rate or in case my package got lost (although this hasn't happened yet & I hope nothing does get lost!).

I don't like giving out 1s :(. I gave my first 1 this morning and it made me feel sad. I do like being able to archive my swaps though and I feel like I have to tidy up the ratings first ;)
