Before we get started: I only sign up for swaps that I know I will 1. be able to complete and mail out on time and 2. create something that I would like to receive. IF for some reason you don't get something from me PLEASE contact me as the item was likely lost in the mail. I will be happy to create another something for you if you do not get something from me.

Also, I use a PO Box for all my swaps and admittedly I don't get to the post office everyday, sometimes only a couple of times a week. If I don't immediately rate you it's probably because I haven't gotten to the post office. I promise I will get around to the rating as soon as I pick up the mail. THANK YOU!

Ahhhh... The love of all things crafty... sigh

I LOVE to create and challenge myself when it comes to arts and crafts. Doing swaps is the perfect outlet because I can make goodies and then send them off for people to enjoy and get to see what others like to create as well.

Gnomes and woodland themed things (squirrels, deer, mushrooms, trees, birds, nature, etc.) are a current major fave. I also love 'mini' things. Whenever something is shrunk down from real size it strikes me as super-cute and funny.

I have explored so many different art mediums and continue to play and explore through art. I really love hip, trendy craft styles. Modern with sometimes a twist of vintage is my style. No thank you to straight country or something Shaker style! Think etsy.com or CraftGawker... Both of those sites are inspiring, fun and fresh to me... Birds, Yetis, keys, silhouettes, geometric gems, inspiration quotes/jewelry, amigurumi, crochet, chevron pattern, etc. So many crafts, so little time!

Favorite (current) color: Turquoise-y Blue, but I like most.

Favorite Food: Cheeseburger

Favorite Treat: Cupcake

Here's a short list of other things that I love:

Birds- They are soooo symbolic (freedom, flight, beauty, etc).

Keys- I love the idea of having the 'key' to unlock many of life's challenges.

Compasses- To help navigate those challenges.

Stars- Again, symbolic of direction and hope and wishes come true.

Swirls, circles, scrolls and other organic shapes- I love the curvaceous nature of these kind of shapes.

I additionally like angular shapes like the trendy triangle and anything that is drawn, painted, cut etc. to look like a geometric gem.

In general I would say I prefer a modern design aesthetic but I also like vintage and rustic/natural design.
