I'm a homeschooling mom of 7 children- 3 graduated.My 11yo daughter, Juliet and I are doing swaps together. What fun! We are a very artistic family- our living room walls are full of paintings by our children and myself. Some of our talents and interests include drawing, painting, crochet, knitting, sewing, embroidery, felting, cake decorating, jewelry making, cooking, gardening, herb gardening, whole foods, herbal healing, woodworking, wee folk, collage, soap making, photography....we love crafts and handwork and will try anything!

I am so into Indie music right now. Seems like the cool thing to do but I am so ready for something new! So far I've come across Paper Kites, Mumford and Sons, Black Keys, Paper Lions, Honey Trees...

But I will always LOVE Pearl Jam and Eddie Vedder!

Anything by Wes Anderson!!! I could watch his movies over and over..... Darjeeling Limited, The Royal Tenenbaums,The Life Aquatic, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Moonrise Kingdom.

And Baz Luhrmann... Romeo + Juliet, Moulin Rouge!, Australia and I can't wait to see The Great Gatsby.

So many musicals... Wizard of Oz, The Sound of Music, West Side Story, My Fair Lady, Fiddler on the Roof, The Rocky Horror Show, Rock of Ages, Mary Poppins, Sweeney Todd and Chicago.

And of course the nerdy movies... Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Star Trek and my very favorite Firefly.

I can't leave out I Heart Huckabees and Snatch.

And for comedy relief Will Ferrel...Love him or hate him.

My daughters and I love to have tea parties, do crafts together and go on nature walks.

Some of my favorite things... India, France, snow, birds, trees, herbs, tea, paper, pens, colored pencils, coffee, 70% dark chocolate, chocolate & mint, wool felt, embroidery, tea cups and tea pots, magnets, Alice in Wonderland, steampunk, Halloween, incense- especially sandalwood, candles...

My daughter likes sloths, sharks, cats, the colors blue, white and black, Adventure Time, painting, coloring, playing outside, winter, sour patch kids, strawberries, Dr. Suess, roses.
