For everyone who is curious about how I have done so many swaps since March: :)
I signed up in March, but didn't really start doing a bunch of swaps until after the middle of June. I keep a daily diary and started writing down my swaps and swap partners in that as a handy way to keep track Then I started writing down my patners' addresses and a few keys words so I could choose things they would like.
Now I put a check beside each name when I complete the swap. AFTER I take the swaps to the PO, I sign in to Swap Bot and hit the "sent" button on each swap I sent that day.
As for receiving them, after I get my mail, each day, I sit down and go thru my mail. I sort the swaps, read each one, and check each one in on the Swap Bot Page, thanking my partner for the Swap.
Then the postcards go into one box (to be put into albums) and the envelopes into another, and the other swaps get put up on my whimsie shelf.
Since we live so remote, I typically wait until 10-20 days, after the 10 days allowed, to tell a partner that I haven't received a swap yet. I have been very lucky to have been flaked on, only a few times.
I am very organized, as I live on a remote island and cannot go to the store on the spur of a moment to purchase things for a swap. It is an hour plane trip to get into town, after an hour boat trip to get into the village to catch the plane.
I have one box for PC, another of stickers, in file folders, that I cut in half and labeled, and other boxes and drawers with papers, envelopes, ephemera, etc. My pens, paints, brushes, stamps and stamp pads are in clear boxes or cups/flower pots for easy access.
And that is how I have done my swaps. Hugs from Alaska, Sherry

I made a little animated GIF. ☺
I made a koi fish animation out of my photography. ♥
Hope to hear from you soon and feel better!
If it is AVAILABLE, it is FURNITURE.
You have been gone too long. Northern faeries have taken your house on the small island. I am sorry.
