Description:

This is a pattern swap for a mini, sew-in-a-day project. Possible projects may include (but aren't limited to): pin cushions, needle holders, book covers, wallets, coin purses, small toys, etc. - anything that you can easily make in 2-3 hours (or less). You do not need to make the project for the swap, simply send the pattern to your two swap partners.

Requirements:

  • The pattern MUST be within the public realm; copyrighted patterns are out of bounds.

  • You MUST have test-sewn the project at least once yourself to ensure the pattern's accuracy.

  • The pattern must include material/equipment requirements, instructions and any associated templates.

Additional thoughts to consider:

  • The pattern should be in English or in a language your partners understand.

  • The pattern may be for hand or machine sewing or both.

  • You do NOT need to make the project for your partners but you may if you wish.

To participate in this swap, you must not have any outstanding swaps (1s) and no recent, unexplained 3s. Newbies are welcome. ALL swappers are expected to conduct themselves in a mature manner, which includes sending out their swaps in a timely manner and communicating with their partners and host if anything unexpected arises.

I thought I understood completely, but now that i re-read this, I am not so sure. Am I supposed to be including the fabrics needed for the project as well? I was getting ready to ship it now but now I'm not sure what to send. Thanks
