I'm a Canadian ex-pat living in Sweden since 2002. I teach grade 2 at the local international school and I share my life with my lazy but adorable cat, Oskar.
I typically partake in swaps that involve fabric and sewing notions or scrapbooking and papercraft supplies but am game for others as they come.
I am happy to ship internationally. If you're shipping packages to me, I would greatly appreciate if you indicate 'gift' on the customs label so as to avoid unnecessary tariff charges.
I enjoy sewing and quilting both for myself and as gifts for friends and family. I typically sew a variety of table runners and toppers, placemats, quilts, children's toys, baby supplies, bags and household/kitchen dΓΒ©cor items.
Sewing & Quilting: Bright/colourful fabrics, modern or retro/modern fusion patterns, Moda fabrics, batiks, fat quarters. Ribbons (especially grosgrain), rickrack, closures, cotton or metallic thread, embroidery floss, Olfa rotary blades (regular or pinking, size 45mm), buttons. I love jelly rolls, charm packs and layer cakes and would be happy to inherit your leftover strips/squares.
Scrapbooking & Card-making: Bright/colourful papers, patterned papers or coloured cardstock. Clear stamps (especially Penny Black), stamp pads, ink mist, ribbons (especially grosgrain), string/twine, raffie, wire, brads, eyelets, rub-ons, alphabets, glue dots, beads, paper punches, punched shapes, masks, chipboard shapes/letters, embellishments, coloured pens or markers, mini albums/notebooks, tags, journaling blocks, calendar blocks.
General & Other: Tea (especially red/rooibos, vanilla, green, white; NOT mint, rosehip or licorice), kitty things (kitty-themed or things for my kitty), butterflies, dragonflies, bumblebees, flowers, glitter or bling things, photo paper, B&W photography, Softlips lip balm (French vanilla, raspberry or strawberry flavours), stationary.
Favourite Colours: Red, turquoise blue & lime green, purple, orange.
Allergy: melons.
Please do not send anything that contains melon or has touched a cut-up/open melon.
Smoke-free.
I am very sensitive to tobaco smoke smells; it makes me ill, gives me headaches and I simply cannot tolerate it in my home or on products. Please ensure anything you send, especially fabric, is smoke-free.

HAPPY EASTER!
So many things to say - but first, I do hope Oskar is doing well. I am a cat lover also.
Next, I simply adore all the different mediums and textures and art that you used in the journal. So much talent was shared and I do so appreciate it. I have never been a journaler either, but I finally tackled one on here and now I love it. Working with prompts makes it easier.
Again, thank you for a fantastic swap.
