Mad Hatter Swap

For this swap you will have two partners. You will draw two female cartoon like heads with big hats on. Draw the hats and glue things to them or cut them out and then embellish them. The only must is the two heads must be drawn by you. Then you can go crazy with the hats. This all should be done on atc card stock and keeping with the size of 2.5 x 3.5 The usual Swap-bot rules apply and you must have a rating of 4.5 or better. Any questions contact me.
