USA Canada only

I'm hoping that I can do many swaps like this, so everyone can have a special "Swap-Bot" blanket. So sign up!

Each square is sender's choice, because the squares represent something. In this case "This Square is Me" Each square should be different from the others, and you should include a note explaining how this square represents you; Ex: "The purple and white on this square are my high school colors." or "I made this square in Gold and Brown because my dog Charlie is Gold and Brown."

For this swap send 3 squares to one partner. I can Angel if needed, but it would be nicer if everyone would do their part.

Again, the colors are senders choice, but the square should be approx. 6".

Rate your partner with a 5 if you recieve your squares, 3 if you recieve squares but they aren't what the swap calls for, and 1 if you get nothing at all.

Happy Swapping!

Are there going to be specific qualifications of kind of yarn?

Deeno1105 03/21/2011 #

Question: Do we use a particular Granny pattern or is it our choice of Granny square pattern? Didn't know if we want them all to look the same when sewn together or random squares.

Kimblee 03/22/2011 #

@ROCKIE Not really, although I wouldn't advise using wool, due to the possibility of allergies, and using a washable yarn is a pretty good idea. :)

@Deeno1105 Any pattern that becomes a 6 inch square. Go wild.

Okay, I have a question. We are sending three squares. Do they all need to be three different squares representing three different aspects of us? Thanks in advance!

Kimblee 03/23/2011 #

@Marinda Preferably yes, all different. And the squares don't have to be deep meanings or anything, just what the colors/yarn means to you. (One of my squares is just a yarn that I love to bits and want to show off.)
