is there envelopes or certain boxes that fit 12x12 paper?

I know the post office has 14-1/2x20 & 12-1/2x19 bubble envies. I think you can pick some up at Target or Walmart. The PO also has Express Mail Boxes, 12-1/2x15-1/2x"3

You can always make your own. That is usually what I do. Just make sure you put something inside to reinforce it like cardboard.

Go to your nearest pizza place and ask for new pizza boxes in 12 x 12 ". That´s where I store or send my scrapbookpapers. :)
