Generic Kawaii is cute too

While profile surfing I landed on this swap from 2008. The host, @MrsMJ has not been online in over a year so I can't ask permission to steal. I'm just doing it anyway and giving credit where credit is due. ;-)

In a land of the ultra cute characters from CruX, SanX, QLia, Sanrio, Cram Cream, etc, what are the mutts of the kawaii world to do? Some of them are just as cute as their brandname counterparts, but they have such a bad reputation that many are disregarded instantly.

This swap is for all those super cute off-brand kawaii characters out there.

To all you kawaii elite, Don't be afraid of this swap, you might actually get something you will think is super cute! :)

NOTE: Disney, Nici, Winnie the pooh, Tatty Teddy, Suzie Zoo, etc. are by no stretch of the imagination anything AT ALL like Kawaii. Please do NOT send these types of items.

You will have one partner and you will send 3 off-brand or generic kawaii items to them. Please send 3 different items. Getting 3 pencils would probably make for a boring swap.

• Rubber Stamps

• Cel phone charm

• Clothing or accessories

• Buttons

• Furoku

• Wallet/Purse

• Jewelry

• Fabric or craft items

• Generally bizzare items

• Snacks (be sure to check your partner's profile/comments for allergy info)

Remember you are sending generic kawaii stuff. You do not have to send name brand or authentic kawaii items, but you can for extra hearts, also you could send more, of course. :)

Swappers must have 5 hearts or more and no no-sends in the last 3 months.
