ATC: It Was a Dark and Stormy Night ...

Is there a full moon or is it a moonless night? Does lightning flash or wind whip the air? Is a wolf howling on a mountaintop or is a cloaked figure struggling across a foggy moor? Show us!

You will send one (1) ATC to two (2) different partners. Make your cards so dark your partners shiver and turn on a light!

Newbies welcome. No 1s or recent 3s. (need e-mail explanation)

Any medium is OK, except: stickers; or just pasting someone else's artwork onto a background (these both deserve a 3 rating). Series cards are OK, but not identical copies. If you are doing collage or using computer software, be sure you recontextualize any image you use that someone else originated (for example, use a designer dress as a flower vase, or alter a face so it's no longer recognizable as that person). Please, no images of any famous people. No Snoopy images, either, as they are under copyright, and this isn't a Cute and Stormy Night, anyway.

Your partners are giving you a gift of their time and the best art they can make, so please rate your partners when you receive your ATCs. Remember, a 5 means the card fulfills swap parameters, even if you don't care for it. Also, If it looks like someone spent hours and hours on the card, I encourage you to give a heart ("extra special") even if the ATC isn't to your taste.
