Description:

Swap: Exchange 4-5 LETTER RATE ONLY decos to one partner (more if your partner is willing) in a large envelope. Meaning, each deco weighs at or below one ounce so in theory, your package should not exceed 6-7ounces (to include whatever envie being used for shipping)

  • This is US only due to international rates and REMINDER - JULY 2024 USPS postage increase.

  • No last pagers or homers for Europe or Asia are permitted, but you may pass if the deco has several pages left.

  • Passers allowed.

- Limit One new deco can be added to the package.

Update: kindly meant, PLEASE - don't forget to check or triple-check✅ to ensure your partner hasn't already created fabulous art or PASSED on the deco. Most of us sign on the side of the page so the art is the star of the show but sometimes a 'sign here page' is in the back of a deco too.👀 Thanks in advance!!

Deco rules for making new decos:

  • Make the deco in booklet form, meaning you open the book and pages are attached inside. No books with pages attached in one corner.

  • No staples may be used when making decos. Please use tiny brads, ribbon, string, etc.

  • All decos should have at least 3 FLAT design elements/items to your decorating. (Ex: die cuts, ribbon, washi, vellum, one (1) sticker only, etc). This will allow the deco to be mailed cheaply and have a greater ability to be traded in future swaps.

  • Art decos can have hand-painted or drawn elements but it is not a requirement. Compared to 'friendship books' or "sticker slapped decos" Art decos are more High Quality with a very polished appearance.

  • Use sturdy paper with paper cut straight.

  • Things to avoid: enamel dots, gems, buttons, 3D foam stickers, chipboard cut-outs, etc...mainly due to USPS postal changes which will increase the cost of postage significantly.

If you have a bulky single deco (one with baubles, fatty felt pieces, etc...) contact your partner first to see if they will accept.
