Rotating Circle Card

I saw the coolest rotating circle card and just had to look up on YouTube how to recreate it. I found tutorials on how to make it and all you need is nesting circle dies or a circle cutter. It looks like a complicated card, but the lady in the first two tutorials below explained it so well and broke it down into easy-to-follow steps. For this swap, we will be a making a card for our partner. An envelope is optional, but please do not write in the card as it is for your partner to use. You can do a single rotating circle or a double rotating circle. It is sender's choice on the theme, color choice and embellishments, but please send something your partner would enjoy.
