For this swap you need to create a botanical themed envelope and add 5 goodies from the list given below. You have to decorate envelope nicely by using botanical themed supplies (washi, ephemera, stickers etc). It is always better to check what your partner likes or dislikes. However, it’s not necessary to add goodies which are botanical themed, you can pick any theme you would like to. But please nothing childish.

🔹You need to send minimum of 5 goodies but you can be as generous you’d like to be. You need to send goodies to your partner from the list I have mentioned with quantity.

🔹 Need to have a detailed profile. I will review each profile before assigning partners.

🔹 Please include notecard/note with your name, swapbot id and swap name.

🔹 No broken or used stuff should be sent.

🔹 Please try to make this swap according to your partner’s profile. Do not send something that you would not like to receive.

Hi there. I have a quick question. When you mention "sticker flakes", do you mean the stickers that are very similar to washi tape, or is it any type of sticker (other than ones that are chilidish)? This is probably a very "newbie" question, I realise, but I guess it's better to ask than to get it wrong. I'm really only starting to get to grips with the terminology used in swaps, but so far, so good. Thanks in advance, Jane.

As far as I know sticker flakes are stickers that are not attached to a sheet. You usually buy them in little packages. They can come in washi paper, vinyl etc.

Many thanks for answering my question, Gionanna. I appreciate it.

Another newbie here, thanks for leaving this open for us. This kind of swap is exactly why I joined Swap Bot. Looking forward to start working on my envelope!

A quick question, when you say "memos (no sticky notes)" does that mean that the only thing to be avoided is the one coloured sticky notes such as post-its, but if they have nice prints on them they are fine, or can't they be sticky at all?

Hi @Foxears
Yes when I say memos I mean cute printed memos that we have available and by no sticky notes I mean any sticky notes like page flags wether it’s is post it or not. I think not everyone finds a use of sticky tabs or very small sticky notes even if they are nicely printed or shapes.

Partners have been assigned. Please I request you guys to put effort in decorating the envelope ❤️ It has to be botanical theme. You can make collage. Check out YouTube or Pinterest for inspiration. But NO STICKER SLAPPING.

I will have to put my decorated enveloppe inside an enveloppe as I India post office won’t take good care of art enveloppe they will ruin it or stole it I prefer to be safe so I am sorry if I can’t put the postage stamp on the decorated envelope itself
