vampire postcards

I'm not too sure about using clip art, I'd prefer something hand made. However bad the maker might think it it, often they have a new approach to an idea.

What actually do you mean by using clip art?

cutting out picture or edited photos out of magazines, books internet and creating a small collage as best you can on a piece of cardboard. Postcard size of course! :)

i also would prefer handmade-postcards.

if you would prefer hand made just let your partners know and hopefully they will oblige i myself will be making hand made

OK, I am confused now...so, we can't collage our postcard? Ok, I can't draw worth a damn, I signed up because it sounded cool, now the criteria is changing, so please help, I really want to do this, but I am making mine by hand, but what if I use a pic or something, does that mean I get rated down now?

Sorry, about the above comment, but I have been working on mine all day and was just going over the swap again to double check criteria when I read all this...I mean I made mine with my hands at my house, I did not go out and buy it...that's handmade, right? I am just sad because I am afraid now they won't meet criteria and I don't want to get rated down for it... :-(

Oh, also can we send them in an envie? I would hate for it to get ripped, I could send naked it's just that the PO always put those nasty postmarks on them...just asking....

Oh I will also Use socalled clip art (meaning not printed from net but from a beautiful art of Victoria Frances Calendar) and mix image with collage, painting and embellishments. I see partners arent assigned, so If what I am going to do isnt good enough for this swap, feel free to ban me from the swap...No offence taken:)

I am new here and havent yet rec a swap and I have no idea what is usually expected here.

to clarify handmade does not necessarily mean drawn, painted etc. you are able to stick pictures on as part of the postcard its all about effort and if you have put alot of time into decorating and making your postcard you should not be rated low. To clarify this postcard swap can be done however one wants as long as it is not bought and is just not one picture stuck onto cardboard with no personal touch. I am sure everyones will be creative and unique :)
