(all breeds of domestic cats) PCs must be of good quality. You will send it naked. Handmade welcome! Remember to always send something that you would be happy to receive. Summarizing: 3 partners 1 naked PC for each of them the subject is CATS Newbies allowed. I will angel if necessery. I'll look trough profiles before assigning partners.

Sure it can! Art, drawing, cartoon or a real photo PCs are fine.

Cats only. I mean all breeds of domestic cats. I think there will be a separate swap for the felid family or wild cats (in future).
