Down in the dumps, Pick me up!

Are you or someone you know down in the dumps? I know I am; I was laid off, can't find work, my roommate is leaving me and well, I've had better days. I thought that instead of wallowing in self pity that the best way to pull me out of the blues is to do something for someone else as a "pick me up"! Here's the plan:You will create a "pick me up" package for your partner. The goal is to cheer the person up so no crap.

1. You must have a MINIMUM of 10 items to send your partner. Please don't send a bunch of the same thing. Research your partner and get creative!!! (examples: fun book, mix CD, craft supplies etc.)

2. Three of the items must be homemade and tailored to your partner's taste (Examples: a little scrapbook album, a knitted scarf in your partner's favorite colors, A dotee in your partner's favorite theme. You get the idea).

3. A note with words of inspiration for your partner to help them stay positive and motivated

These items don't have to be expensive, but they do have to help put a smile on your partner's face. Put thought and love into your package. Remember, the more you have in your profile, the better it is for your partner to help pick you up!
