Description:
For this swap, we will create an advent calendar using tea. Therefore, each day you can have a morning or evening cup of tea while you enjoy the holiday season. If you join all 5 swaps, you will have the whole calendar. Send your partner 5 bags of tea. Decorate each tea bag with festive wrapping of some sort and the number for the day. This swap is for the first 5 of the calendar so label the bags 1,2,3,4,and 5. EDIT:You can use the same type teas for each swap since (hopefully) have different partners for each swap, but please not the same swap because it won't be fun for your partner. For example, if you have 5 teas, you can use it once per swap, but please not the same tea for all the days you are sending to one partner. Teas are senders choice. Please don't down rate because you didn't get the exact tea you like. Not all brands/kinds are available to everyone everywhere and I don't want anyone to feel obligated to purchase boxes of tea specifically for each person if they don't want to. Plus its always great to try new things right. :)

Thanks guys for the support! I've been doing these a few years now and wasn't originally my idea, but I can't recall who did it first. I think they are no longer on Swap-bot.

I just can't afford international these days, but anyone who wishes is welcome to host a version if they like. :)

Thanks so much for hosting this one. I love doing advent calendars, I have just as much fun MAKING them as I do opening them.

To the Swapper assigned to me -- I like ALL hot drinks: teas, ciders, hot cocoas, toddies!..... But, i have recently discovered caffeine allergy. Saddest day ever! So, i would prefer some caffeine-free beverages if you can find them. If not, i know my hubby would love helping me count down to Christmas.
