Description:

Are you a dessert lover? Do you have visions of dessert before breakfast? Brownies, and cookies, and ice cream....oh my! Desserts dancing around you? Does the thought of a ice cream come dripping down your hand bring happiness in your life? Then this swap is for you dessert lover!!

Your postcard must be GIANT, this is not a swap for wimpy postcards. Maximum size 6 1/8" high, 11.5" long and 1/4" thick. USPS has limits on how large a first class "letter" can be, this is going to be a postcard but at a letter rate because of the size. Check it out here: https://pe.usps.com/businessmail101?ViewName=Letters

Here's where I got the idea: https://mypoppet.com.au/makes/giant-hamburger-postcard/

Your GIANT postcard must be made of cardboard or mat board, something sturdy, cut into the shape of a dessert, any dessert....get creative....fudge sundaes, donuts, funnel cakes, ice cream cones, popsicles, milkshakes, cookies, cupcakes, cakes, pie, strawberry shortcake, yummmmm....you get the idea.

Then paint, modge podge, ect your favorite dessert and any toppings. Get creative! I want everyone to receive a great looking dessert!

On the back of your giant postcard put your name and swap bot name along with a memory, quote, or your favorite place to go for your dessert dreams....

Make sure you put enough postage on your GIANT postcard! Nothings a buzz kill like having postage due! Don't be that downer on the sweet dessert craze!

Now if you receive a GIANT dessert in the mail and you know who it's from rate a 5. If it's the best dessert you've ever seen feel free to give a heart!

Newbies welcome and I check profiles! No 1s or 3s since this is a commitment in time and postage! I will angel my fav burger if necessary! Contact me if you get flaked on.

Careful what you use as your base! My giant hamburger was made on mounting board and I ended up having to mail it as a package, which meant stickers covering up some information.

What did it cost? Just wondering what postage to add.

If you keep it to just cardboard then its 2 first class stamps. If you add layers or embellishments it could cost $4 or more. Keep it flat and minimal. Use markers, paint and keep it as flat and uniform as possible.
