For this swap, you will hand draw and color or paint a fish themed ATC, put it in a handmade or store-bought fish themed card, hand draw and color or paint the envelope you send it in (also a fish theme) and tuck in a fish themed flat surprise.

No sticker slapping. Hand drawn and colored or painted ONLY!

The main aspect of all artwork must be hand drawn and colored or painted but you may use little embellishments such as gems, stickers, cutouts, specialty papers, die cuts, etc.

A flat surprise not simply a sticker flake or two...be generous. Please send and rate on time. No newbies or unresolved 1's or 3's. I will check profiles--which I should have to scroll down to read. I will ban anyone I seem a risk to the integrity of the swap. I will angel if necessary.
