Halloween ATC (Newbie Friendly)

Nice simple ATC swap to get into the spirit of the upcoming holiday! Making this a second, more newbie friendly swap, since I didn't want to have issues in the more vetted first swap I did. Note that I am in FOPS however, so if you are a known problem swapper, I WILL still ban you.

ATC can be any medium you choose, just stay within the guidelines below:

• ATCs are 2-1/2" x 3-1/2"
• Card should be cardstock or similar backing. Nothing flimsy or overly thick, like foam board.
• Stickers are embellishment only.
• Put some time and effort in - make something you'd like to receive.
• Don't make anything too graphic or scary, unless you've verified with your partner that they are ok with that.

I want this to be a safe swap. I will be checking participants for low ratings, late swaps, bad behavior, etc. before assigning partners. If a scammer still gets through, I will angel. I just ask that you wait 3 days after going through the usual steps of waiting at least 2 weeks past the deadline and then messaging your sender.

A simple ATC swap will require very little difference in shipping internationally (I believe it's $1.15 from the US for 1oz.), and it's quite fun I think to receive things from another part of the world, so this will be international.

PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU RUN INTO ANY ISSUES WITH RECEIVING. Don't wait 2 months to tell me, especially if your partner is not international. Part of hosting newbie swaps, for me, is to monitor and weed out any flakers or swappers who don't follow rules. They take the fun out of the site for everyone else, and I want to be better informed for the next one I host. I'm certainly not a bully to people, but I am a careful host.
