Destashin' Ain't Easy

If you are like me, you have a pile of supplies you no longer want/need/use. I've even devoted a section of my profile to rid myself of what I cannot use - I love it when I can rehome what's not being used in my own home.

For this swap, you will send an assortment of your stocked up items to your partner. It is indeed sender's choice, but try not to send items that you know your partner will not enjoy (essentially, send nothing from their dislike list). Partners should attempt to send items which their partner can put to use (or possibly recycle/send along to another). Ideally, look at your partner's wish/likes lists, and if you have a hoard of an item they are seeking, send it along. Items should be in good condition (unused, gently used); nothing that is stained, torn, crumpled, etc.

You should send a minimum of two items in a small, manilla envelope (6" x 9") or something close to/equivalent in size. There is no weight requirement, but stuff your outgoing swap as much as you can, within reason. As a rule of thumb, send what you'd like to receive.

The turn around for sign up is relatively quick: Friday the 24th is the sign up deadline, and swaps should be sent no later than July 5th. The swap should not be time consuming as the supplies are ones you already have on hand, but I have allowed plenty of time to compile the items and get to the post office.
