Send A Giggle PC Swap #2

This swap is for a funny, store-bought touristy pc, that good-naturedly pokes fun at something about your (or any) state, or about your (or any) state's culture. I'm pretty sure that Minnesotans aren't the only ones who find something about their state amusing, so let's spread some giggles around! ;oP

Send only pc's that are clean, undamaged, and don't look like they're worn out!.

I will be checking profiles closely, and more than once - if I don't like what I'm seeing, you won't be allowed to participate. No unresolved 1's (I will take special circumstances into consideration - pm me), and no 3's within the last 3 months. I will angel only after you've rated your partner a 1.

I follow up on my swaps to make sure everyone gets rated. If you don't rate your partner, you won't be allowed into any future swaps I host.
