BLIND SURPRISE ATC INTERNATIONAL #1

Thanx to @Hell0Z0mbie - this is also a USA regional series, but as I am Australian... cannot join that one... I do hope that this one will be as popular as hers have been :D (of course if you are ANYWHERE in the world... please join) :D

For this swap you will make 1 ATC for 1 partner. YOU HAVE ONLY 4 DAYS BETWEEN WHEN PARTNERS ARE ASSIGNED TO WHEN THE ATC MUST BE SENT BY.... IN THERE, THERE IS A WEEKEND.... I EXPECT THAT BETWEEN WHEN YOU SIGN ON TO THIS SWAP AND THE SIGN-IN DATE, YOU WILL MAKE THE ATC AND PACKAGE IT! THEN SEND IT AT YOUR VERY EARLIEST CONVENIENCE

You will select and wrap (i.e., cover in some kind of paper, envelope, or other wrapping) an ATC before partners are assigned. No cheating and waiting to look at their profile! :)

Make a nice ATC for this swap. SOMETHING ARTISTIC THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE!! There is no theme, and it should (obviously) not be profile specific. Send a nicely made ATC. Go to some effort.

Stickers should be embellishments only and NOT the focus of the ATC. Otherwise, any media is allowed.

New swappers are allowed with well filled out profiles. HOWEVER... for the sake of harmony and to help to keep out flakers and suspicious profiles (the ones who join for a week and dont even bother checking-in each day or couple of days) I will restrict the ratings to 4.98.

Artist trading cards are 2.5 x 3.5 inches. On sturdy card please! and packaged inside a plastic sleeve or zip-lock bag or wrapped in bubble wrap even! As long as it is protected from the elements in some way!

I will angel if necessary, but I screen participants to minimize the risk of flakers getting in. I will remove participants with suspicious ratings, open swaps, drama, comments, or other swapping history that concerns me at my discretion. If you have poor swapping history and want to participate, please proactively PM me to explain them. Otherwise, I may ban you with no notice if I am suspicious.

Because of delivery issues, multi-profiler/flaker concerns, and site policies I require real names. If you join a swap of mine with a fake name, you will be asked to fix it.
