Description:

IN 2013 WE WILL STILL HAVE 2 ROUNDS: round nr.6 and a Christmas/Newyear edition! You can join one of them or if possible both (if you like it’s ok to join the Christmas/Newyear round with a new book)

OFF COURSE MORE ROUNDS (and special editions) WILL FOLLOW IN 2014 !

THIS IS ROUND NR. 6:

You can still join, also if you haven’t done the previous round(s).

You will sent a small notebook (the mesurements of the one I sent were 10,5 cm x 7 cm x 0,2 cm (weight lower than 100 gr.) - so flat mail with low postage) to one partner.

In this book you will write your name & that you are the owner of it. You will stamp a (rubber or clear or handcarved - you don't have to but you can even decorate it - ) stamp into it.

Under the stamp you write your name and/or nickname, the city/country you live in and the date.

The idea is that this book will keep on travelling in next rounds and each time someone will put a stamp in it, and finally it will return back to you, so don't forget to put your address in it!

In mine I also wrote an explanation about it, so if someone would pass it forward to a penpal or in another swap instead of the next round, the receiver will also know what to do with it.

I also wrote that if the last person who gets it & has to sent it back to the owner, will receive a surprise (but that's not an obligation to write into the book).

But when sending the book to your partner you will also sent a small -senders choice- surprise (stickers, postcard, ...) so that your partner also has something to keep. Because the book will be forwarded!

It can also be nice to put your stamp also on another paper for your partner to keep.

Let me know if there are anymore questions & enjoy this round!

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU RECEIVED A FULL BOOK IN THE LAST ROUND?: You’ll have to sent this book back to the owner, so you can’t forward it again in a next round. But off course you can join this round with a new book you bought/created.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU DECIDE TO STOP JOINING THE NEXT ROUNDS, BUT YOU STILL HAVE A BOOK FROM SOMEONE?: You can sent it back to the owner, even if it isn’t full yet. Or you can sent it to me or contact me to find out how to contact the owner. Or sent it to a penpall or someone of who you are sure they will forward it. Or ask on the forum if someone would like to receive and forward it. Ideas enough but don’t just keep it at home. Thank you! :)

WHAT TO DO WHEN THE NEXT ROUND IS ALREADY UP BUT YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE BOOK FROM THE PREVIOUS ROUND YET: you can wait with joining until you have received the book, it’s also ok to skip a round, but if you haven’t received your book because your partner flaked it is ok to join with a new book or you can contact me if I need to angel

This sounds like so much fun and a great way to get around to using all those rubber stamps I have lying around! I'm going to put together a notebook and join when the swap gets closer. :)

I've been so busy with university work recently that I missed the sign up for this round but I'll definitely take part in the next one! I have a book to pass on :)
