Flip-Flop ATC 2013

I hosted a Flip-Flop ATC last summer and received a very cute card. So I thought it was time for this years flip-flop version! Yes, I love my flip-flops, I wear them year round if the weather is warm enough. So this years version is 2 partners to send an ATC with a flip-flop theme. Collage, paint, draw, bling, whatever/however you want to use to create. This is a senders choice. Make it something you would want to receive.

♥No recent 1's or 3's (IN THE LAST 30 DAYS)
♥Must have 10 rated type 3 swaps
♥I will be checking profiles, ratings, questionable swappers lists, flakers lists, PF for problem swappers/raters and I will ban. As the host I have that right to protect good swappers.
