Postage Stamp ATC

Pretty postage stamps are getting harder to come by, but if you've got a stash of cancelled stamps, this swap's for you.

Each participant will create ONE ATC for ONE partner. Use one or more CANCELLED (used) stamps PLUS other techniques (paint, stickers, glitter, charms, etc.) Please, don't just slap a few stamps on a card and call it done. Expectations are that swappers will use some creativity on this card. Try using a theme (color, event, people) or a technique (ink, foil, embossing) that makes it look planned, intentional, even ARTISTIC.

I am not an artist, and I understand that I don't produce great art. However, every ATC I send demonstrates some effort, and that's what we want in this swap.

The usual stuff applies: no flakers, no one with a "1" rating during the past year, and so forth. I will check profiles before we swap and will ban anyone that looks suspicious. As the swap coordinator, I can do that. It's my world here, people.
