Aww, now I feel bad. I was confused on this one when I signed up because in the location it read, regional- united kingdom so I thought it was for both areas.

Now that I am stuck in this swap and can't get out of it (because I am in the USA) I will be sending out cards to the partners I was assigned on Nov 10, but you might get them after the deadline. I am doing this to keep my good ratings up.
