Description:
This is a swap for those who like both cooking and paper goods with personality :o) You will create for your partner an altered recipe book in which she can write or paste her recipes. For instance, you can buy or handmake a lovely notebook and turn it into a recipe book by decorating it with food images, altering the cover, and dividing it into categories (such as starters, main dishes, etc - your choice !). Most pages must remain blank (they can be decorated but leave some room to write recipes), but you will include at least 1 recipe in each category. For instance, if you make a "dessert" category out of the 10 last pages, you can copy your favorite chocolate cake recipe on one of those pages. Make it nice, clever and personal. Make it something your partner will have pleasure using. Please check on your partner's profile first (you wouldn't send beef recipes to a vegan). Since it will take some time to get done and this is my first time hosting a swap, I set a rather late deadline. This swap is international. Newbies are welcome if they contact me first and have a filled-out profile. Other swappers must have at least a 4.8 rating (e-mail swaps don't count). Feel free to ask questions if something is not clear. Happy swapping !

Please no recipes with coconuts or mushrooms, I'll never use them as I'm deathly allergic!!

I'd prefer no recipes with mushrooms, either. Not a fan or Tofu either. But please include any ethnic recipes you like, I love Indian, greek, chinese, cuban, italian, etc. We like it all at our house! :)

I would prefer cheap to make recipes as I am a single mum on a very tight budget

I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian, so I prefer vegetarian/vegan recipes. I love to make a wide variety of things, including desserts, so I'm looking forward to this. The only foods I truly dislike are olives and raisins.
