Tea & Cookie swap

Zou leuk zijn als er ook niet-nederlanders mee gaan doen.. Elkaar stroopwafels sturen is niet zo zinvol natuurlijk...

Hey! I wanted to ask the same as evelyn did, can we send selfmade cookies, if we pack then safely? Just asking as I would not actually know for sure where I can get some single wrapped cookies (and sorry, I can only read not speak or write dutch, haha!)

I would not personally like to receive a handmade cookie, sorry. I'm sure they'd be excellent and made with love, its just with the nature of it being an anonymous swap, you never know and have to be as safe as possible for these things.

On another note, i'm super excited about this one, I just had a tea and cookie break when I stumbled across it! ^__^

Is it OK to send more than one cookie? I don't know if I can find a single wrapped cookie.

Good point Hayley, I agree absolutely. So I will just send a whole cookie pack as well, can't be that much worse than just one cookie, right? ;)

We should make a kind of deal about this. It won't feel right to receive "just" 1 cookie when you sent a whole pack to someone... And I think that a single cookie will arrive as a pack of crumbles rather than as a cookie. So maybe we all should send a pack of cookies with some teabags..

I also thought about the crumbles - I was thinking of just finding something little that has to get wrapped in some bubbly foil and won't break easily (that's why I say little, was thinking something small wouldn't get crumbled like that.. True it feels weird if you gave more than you get, and it'd be stupid to change the rules for everyone. Got to think of some way just in between, maybe there's something smaller but still a whole package you can put also?
