My feet are size 10US though most standard 'ladies' socks still work okay. My only request is no knee socks because of my large and muscular calves, none of them fit.

Size 9 US, the ladies standard one size fits all usually works well. I like all kinds and the funkier the better - I love bright funky socks. anything from ankle to knee high and beyond. I love character socks, like Dr Seuss or ones with cute designs on them.
