Comment: I absolutely hate to rate anyone a 3 or a 1, but I have no choice in this situation. You marked sent on the last send day and a week before sending out, without communicating with me in any way. You then expected me not to mark you a 3 because of the quality of the zine. The zine was exceptional, and a little communication would have gone a long way to avoid this very situation. But you didn't contact me and you marked it sent without actually sending. I hope in the future you will contact your partner and/or swap host when you have troubles prior to the send deadline and that you will only mark sent when you actually send out the item.
