Comment: I set up this private swap with you for reasons regarding your ratings and my public swap that you wanted to join. You wrote in a pm on 12/6/10 that you had completed the ATC, but as of today, 12011, you have still not marked this swap as sent (and you haven't logged in to SB since 1/6/11, three days after the send by date.) I have tried to communicate with you regarding this swap prior to rating, but you have not responded. Anyone who has swapped with me will tell you that I'm cool with sending after the send by date with communication, but at this point, I am rating the one because you have not communicated, not marked the swap as sent and I have not received. Looking forward to communicating with you to resolve this swap issue with you when you are back on SB. Update 1/21/11: Received a pm from @smilingloz yesterday that she will be sending my swap out when she is back from holidays after erroneously not mailing.UPDATE 2/15/11: I received a message that the ATC would be sent on 1/31/11. To date, this swap has not been marked sent and I have not received, nor has there been further communication re: this swap.
