Comment: You sent some really nice things for this swap, however I need to be honest; they weren't lucky parcels - the goodies were just inside cellophane bags with a ribbon one and a piece of glittery paper around the other one, which was a bit of a let-down. Other then this, it was a nice swap - thank you!

Comment: The "send by" date for this swap was December 21 2010. Nora sent me a PM on December 25th saying that some issues had come up and that she'd send on the 27th. It would have been nice if she had PM'd me before the 21st, but I understand that people are busy around the holidays and I was willing to forgive that. On or around my birthday (which is January 6th), I got another PM form Nora wishing me a happy birthday. On January 7th, I sent her another PM to let her know that I hadn't received anything from her and asked if she had, in fact, sent on December 27th. That PM was read, but I never got a reply. When I still hadn't received anything from her by January 20th, I sent her another PM and asked the swap host to send her an Email. This time, I got a response saying she'd resend. Nora, I understand you've had some issues with items getting lost in the mail, but things start sounding fishy when it takes two PMs and an Email to get you to acknowledge me and agree to resend. This is the first one I've ever left for anyone on swap-bot and I hate doing it. I will gladly re-rate if/when I receive something. UPDATE 13 Feb 2011: I got the birthday card + extras you sent, thanks for resending. I also want to acknowledge that I relieved the ecard you sent me on January 6th - it seems to have gotten stuck in my spam folder. I'm going to leave a three for this because I feel like communication on Nora's end could've been better. I never received a response to the PM I sent on 7 Jan; if I had, this may have been resolved a lot faster.

Comment: Nora, while I did receive your cards I am rating you this three because of two reasons. First being rules of the swap were they were to be out on the 8th. I had messaged you on the 8th regarding another swap in my group and you assured me that you had mailed in your cards for both swaps that you were just having Comcast issues,(I still have that message) which happens, so I mailed out your cards and you received before Valentine's day and rated(thanks again for quick rating). You clicked on the items sent on the swap page that you sent your items on the 8th, but the postmark on your package is the 16th (explains why I just received them). The purpose of this swap was to have cards and treats to give on Valentine's Day and I was unable to do that. Also unless your mail is in the mailbox or the mailman's hands, it is not sent! Please keep this in mind when swapping next time. We all work hard on our swaps, and we expect a certain amount of trust in our partners. Please do the same on your side.

Comment: The swap deadline was January 19. You marked your swap "sent" on January 18, but you didn't actually mail it until February 5. You never contacted me to tell me that you didn't really send the swap on January 18, but you were logging onto swap-bot, so Internet access was available. You never answered my message. The 3 Dollar Store items that I received from you today don't meet the swap's $5 minimum value. Disappointing on many levels.
