Did you ever find out what an ATC was? It's an Artist Trading Card. You being the artist, make a Trading Card with the theme of the swap. Sometimes they are senders choice. Those can be anything YOU want. Which is really cool. They are 2 1/2 x 3 1/2. They are really neat to make and collect. You should try it! Bye.
