I'm a pretty simple gal. My fiance may have some more to say than that, though. :)
I love to craft things on my own, in fact, I'm making the flowers for our wedding in June! It's a surprise to everyone though, so, shhh!

I like to think that I can look at something and figure out how to make it myself. Of course, I may not always have the resources, though we do have a guest room in our house that is also my craft room. (nothing fancy, just a desk, but it's still my craft room, nonetheless!)

I grew up in South Jersey, and we moved to Florida about three years ago. We have a pretty big dog, Captain, and when I say pretty big, I mean 145 pounds, and he's waist tall(and I'm 5'8)! He's the sweetest Rott you could ever meet! We'd like to train him as a service dog so we can take him to visit medically challenged children as well as the elderly in the future. He just celebrated his 5th birthday on April 2nd! (he's my baby, if you couldn't tell!)

Phil is the love of my life, and I'm a very lucky girl! He's so sweet, and makes me feel wonderful! He's in the Coast Guard, and we have about 7 years until he retires. Our dream is to one day own our own yacht and charter it in the Caribbean. We just got Scuba certified for our business, Your Captain, and we're looking forward to making use of our new skill!!!

I guess I should also mention that I LOVE to read! My mom said that when I was a kid, if we went anywhere in the car, I always had a book! And, you guessed it, I still do. :)

I like most anything... I guess if you checked the radio in my car, you'd find two country stations, a hip-hop station, and a hip-hop/r&b/top 40 station. Those would be what I listen to the most, in that order. I also have an alternative station, too. And I enjoy our new local Spanish station. If we had a "chill" music station, I'd listen to that, too! And I love to listen to Delilah, when I'm in the car at night. Being from Jersey, I grew up with a cassette tape of Springsteen! If I only had a dollar for every time I flipped that tape! wow! And, I just love the soundtrack for Brokedown Palace.

Criminal Minds, CSI, The Ghost Whisperer (when I can watch it!), The Amazing Race, How I Met Your Mother, and crafty shows

Quilting folk art painting (though it's been a while!) I love Gladys Grace stencils and... I'm currently making the flowers for my wedding, yes, making them!
