Its been a while since I've been on Swap-Bot! I found myself getting way, way over involved in swaps (mostly Yahoo Groups) and decided to dial it back. I no longer am doing swaps that involve making 10, 20 or more of one thing. Made it too much like a job! LOL

I'm finally "retired" so I can concentrate on expanding what I love most - mixed-media art, teaching at my local store, gardening and just enjoying living in the country.

I've been published in several Stampington magazines, but haven't submitted in a long time.

Don't really have any major dislikes as far as swapping is concerned other than over-the-top cutesy. Love anything with wings - butterflies, dragonflies, birds, angels, fairies, etc.

Live in the country with my hubby (retired Air Force, but still working for the gov't), 3 dogs, 3 cats - all rescues. We ride motorcycles (Harley's of course! LOL) and belong to a local military-based club.

I really enjoy working with paper, inks, paints & stamps most. However...I also love making jewelry! Recently learned to solder and I've beeded for ages. Saving for a mixed-media, cold-joined metal class.

A Tim Holtz junkie...love all the papers, inks, die cuts, findings and just the "grunge" look in general.

Enjoy sewing and making dolls - mostly small, goddess-type but wanting to venture out of my comfort zone into different areas.
