Feel you pain about International postal increases. Back in 1990's US Philatelic postal mail order allowed us to buy mint new International postage. I would buy new unused International postage stamps & send to my international pen pals so they could afford increasing postal rates. Then US Postal service stopped service of selling international stamps! Now, if I get lucky, I try to find sellers on eBay.com. Feel like we are being priced out of sending mail, using a postal service.
Thank you SO MUCH for the lovely 'thank you' package. It was so unexpected and totally made my day even before I'd opened it! I love everything you sent; it was all so thoughtful of you, especially the penguin and the notebook with the ginger kitten. I can't wait to try the teas. Please let me know if you would ever like any more of the chocolates -- or anything else! I hope to swap with you again in the future. :)
