Ahhhh, Winter. How I love looking at snow-scapes! There is such a feeling of peace when watching new snow fall. And to see new snow as yet unmarked by foot prints, tire tracks or anything else. Magical! And then to watch as animals and children discover this intriguing substance. Wonderful!

Winter is my second favorite season! I like it because it is quiet and there are no leaves to obstruct my view into the forest. I find it restful.

Unfortunately we don't get much snow here in the south of Sweden most years, so I have to make do with pretty snow pictures! Here are some of my favourites. :)
Since it was just Valentines Day and today we are having a downpour, after a night of freezing rain ( at least it is melting the ice as it is warming up, I thought this was a cute "Tweety" to post for the Profile picture comment #1 swap
