toffy

Hello :) I am so used to being called Toffy, so consider this my name! I am a person of many interests like languages, arts, music and papercrafting. I love reading as well as watching movies and cartoons. I've been introduced to Postcrossing 3 years ago but had to quite for a while. Now I am back and I am totally in love both with postcards and snail mailing!

I have some favourite colors - red, teal, purple and sea-blue are my favourite above all. I don't really like shiny and glittery things, but I really like the glitter of silver :)

I'm quite a calm home-loving person who likes decorating her nest with cute and pretty stuff. I am not much into travelling, but I hope to go on some trip later! But my dream is to move to another country to some small town with beatufiul peaceful scenery, where I can settle happily.

I'm not a great animal lover, but I really like cats. Aren't they just CUTE? :)

My music tastes differ sooo much! I love both posthardcore or rock operas and french chanson, light movie/cartoon soundtracks. I really enjoy almost everything, unless it's rap or something made out without the use of real instruments. I'm myself a musician (playing the piano) and I really like everything music related.

I really like reading. Most of all I enjoy the books of English classics from 19th century. Unfortunately, it's hard to find any book in English here, but when I do, it's a great enjoyment to read them. I also love fantasy books and I'm a great Harry Potter fan. Except reading literature in English, I like reading in my native Russian as well. There's a great book story, including 2 huge lines of the current time and past time, called "Labyrinths of Echo" and "The Chronicles of Echo". A very wise and loooong book.

Movies is not my big passion, but there are some that touched my heart. Those would be Penelope, Jane Eyre, Pride and Prejudice. I really like Sherlock BBC series. I don't like horror movies and also stupid comedies.

Out of cartoons I love all by Disney and Dreamworks (I love the Rise of the Guardians one!).

I am a papercrafting fan. I fell so deep in love with stationary in my childhood, that I still really like those papers, notebooks, pens, inks, stamps... Oh God! :D I am also learning to make cards, but this is quite a new hobby for me.
