I am a college student with a major in Accounting. My fiancé and I have been together since March of 2011 and I am so happy to say that neither of us moved away for college.

I love cats. If you ask anyone that knows me, they would say that I am a little obsessed. I have one cat that is my baby. His name is Nova and I love him to pieces! He is a black cat with a little bit of faint stripes and white on his belly. He sleeps on my chest or feet every night and greets me at the door when I come home. He also plays fetch. I sometimes think he acts more like a dog!

Favorite colors: Dark colors, muted colors. Think vintage. I really am not a fan of bright, bold colors. Neon is not my thing. (Though if it is some kind of a scrappy thing, it's totally fine if my color preferences don't match.)

Likes:

Cats! I'm a sucker for anything cat related. Black cats especially. I also love solid white, solid grey, and orange cats. Any cats and cat related things are precious!

I love coffee mugs. I kind of collect them. Anything that is unique and dainty. Tea cups are great, too.

I like to bake (and sometimes cook). I am a vegetarian (and have been since I was born) so no meat recipes unless they are AMAZING, because I can share them with my family or make them for my boyfriend. I love cookies, bread recipes, cakes, etc. You name it, I'd probably love to receive it. Casseroles and soups are good, too. I will make something if it requires chicken stock, too, so don't hesitate. When it comes to recipes, if you think it is great, I'd most likely love to try it! However, nothing with mushrooms as the main ingredient, yuck!

I like to do origami and would appreciate any kind of pretty paper (especially ones with dainty floral prints) to make things out of.

Cat anything! I love everything about cats, so if it is cat-related, odds are I like it. Solid black, white, or grey cats are my favorite.

I enjoy quilting and crocheting and would love copies of any patters you might possess. Fabric or yarn scraps are appreciated, as well! I am allergic to wool, so nothing woolen please.

Mandalas. I have recently become obsessed and just love them!

I am interested in new kinds of music and if you read my music likes and think I would like something, let me know! I love indie music and punk (I'm not sure what to call it.) music mainly.

Quilting, embroidery, or sewing supplies would be great! Yarn that isn't wool, too!

Dislikes:

Anything anti-christian or liberal. I respect others' points-of-view but would rather not receive anything I wouldn't agree with.

Wool fabric or yarn, as I am allergic!

Anything relating to specific celebrities. I don't generally follow celebrities and don't like most (just the things they are in).

I promise you I read these books before the movies were even said to be made! It is kind of driving me crazy how main-stream all of my favorite novels are becoming. Especially The Fault in Our Stars. I remember watching John Green's YouTube videos in anticipation of the book coming out! So many people have a negative view point towards any book that is made into a movie, but John Green's writing is so beautiful. I think that it is a must-read for anyone that likes fiction of any sort.
