supercrafty

I'm Allison, a lifelong crafter (sewer, knitter, embroiderer, woodworker, gluer/glitterer,) wife and mom to a 3 year-old son. I work part time in online marketing serving non-profits.

Now that my son is in preschool, I have a little more time for myself! I sew, knit and craft for others more than myself, so I'd love to be in a crafty swap.

Favorite colors: brown, blue, green...pretty much anything but yellow. Pink/brown or blue/brown are my favorite color combos.

I'm also into vegetarian/vegan cooking, home canning, gardening, urban farming, simple living and consuming local and handmade stuff whenever possible. It probably sounds like I live in the country, but actually I live a mile from the Philadelphia city border.

Sock yarn preferences: I love superwash merino wool/nylon blends, but I'm willing to try anything but alpaca or angora (allergic.)
