My name's Sneha. I'm 22 years old, and I live in Bangalore, India. I'm a university student, majoring in electronics and communication engineering.

I came across swap-bot only recently and I'm really excited to be here! I just love this concept so I'm really looking forward to doing a lot of swaps via snail mail!

~ I'm lefty by birth, but when it comes to writing, I'm ambidextrous

~ I love art and science; Leonardo da Vinci is my inspiration.

~I'm a dog lover. I love animals!

~My favourite ice-cream flavours are butterscotch and vanilla.

~ I love collecting all kinds of interesting, colourful stamps (I prefer to preserve them just as they are on the envie or postcard they came with, and not remove or peel them off separately), postcards, bookmarks, maps and brochures from around the world.

~ I like exchanging long letters with my penpals (I have a penpal from every continent - except Antarctica, booh), with whom I've been corresponding for more than about four years now and lovin' it! I'm always up for writing to a new pen-pal wherever you might live.

~ I love exploring new cultures from other countries of the world as much as I love to tell people about the diverse cultures of my homeland, India.

I generally like anything ranging from the classics (Shakespeare, R.L. Stevenson, Charles Dickens..), detective novels(the Sherlock Holmes series is easily one of my favourite), fantasy/sci-fi: anything by Douglas Adams, Carl Sagan..

I'm also a Harry Potter fan!

And..I'm obsessed with comic books, especially 'The Adventures of Tintin' by Hergé, and Asterix and Obelix'.

Some of my favourite Indian authors: Satyajit Ray(known for detective stories), Ruskin Bond(classics), Tagore(poetry), Chetan Bhagat, Jhumpa Lahiri(modern fiction), the list goes on..

To name a few: Inception, The Lion King, Contact, Up, any Disney movie makes me happy. =)

Also, I love costume cinemas/period dramas, like those of the Victorian era.

Any shade from pink to purple, blue to green.

I believe that art is a way of life. My favourite theme is anything to do with nature-the diffrent landscapes and sceneries, flora, etc. Some kinds of art I like to do are:
