Hey there! I'm Roxane: Huuuge paperlover and planneraddict looking to share my finds and creations with the world! I'm very new to swap-bot but I've been snailmailing for a while now and I'm exited to get started.

I'm a 24 year old Dutch/German girl born in France, living in the Netherlands with my fiancee, cat and hamster.

I'm currently a master student at Wageningen University, studying Forest and Nature conservation. I have no idea what I want to do with it later in life but it is where my heart has led me and I love it! After struggling a while with m bachelors degree I have finally rekindled my inner nerd and love for studing and the field of nature conservation is really appealing to me.

That said being environmentally fiendly hasn't kept me from being a paper and book collector! I love reading a lot and the smell of opening up a book makes me so happy :) I dont read a lot atm, but that certainly will come back as I change hobbies all the time haha.

My current favorite thing to do is planning and watercoloring. I actually came into snailmailing by starting my first bullet journal! So if you like bulletjournalling, I like you already ;) I'm currently bujoing in my precious midori traveler's notebook (the best of both worlds!!).

I'm a beginner at watercolouring, but I've been painting and drawing all my life! My stile is usually quite detailed so I love that watercolor challenges me to let that go.

I am a collector of vintage things and I love to snoop in thriftshopd for the best finds. My favorite are old books that allmost fall apart, especially because I dont feel so guilty taking them apart haha. Other things I collect ar tin and wooden boxes, round or glass vases and wooden stamps. I have a lot of stuff and am happy to share, and I also love selling things on fleamarkets myself (So when the clutter gets too bad I sell and give away a lot and start all over again). it is actually one of my dreams to one day have my own store with all the things I love!

I prefer vintage (paper) goodies and love anything botanical, but i'm also into handlettering and watercoloring.

VINTAGE * I absolutely love vintage things! I have a huge collection of vintage books and paper cutouts and they are my absolute favorite craft supply. Not to sound like a snob, but there is a fine line between vintage and kitch... wich i really do not like (sorry if this is confusing haha)

BOTNICAL * Plants and flowers bring me so much joy, I just love how they can bring something to life! I love flowers and use them a lot in my journal and snailmails, i also absolutely love recieving dried flowers and plant seeds

PROJECT LIFE CARDS * I dont catually do project life, but recently I've been using them a lot in my decorating, so if you have pretty ones you'd like to share, I would love them!

DIECUTS * i just love them haha

PERSONAL * I love it when mail has a personal touch, so please dont hesitate to add something personal like your favourite quote or a photo.

HANDLETTERING * Quotes are a big favorite here, and especially ones that have been handlettered :)

COLOR * I like neutral colors more than bright ones :) Green and ochre are my favorites at the moment.

TEA * Please don't send me tea... I dont hate it but I only drink certain ones and I'd prefer you send it to someone who will actually enjoy it than it gatherig dust over here.

SCENTS * Scents are a no-go for me! I have severe migraines that can be triggered by scents so please please please dont send me scented paper or candles (yes, even if they smell verry nice)

RELIGION * To be clear: I am not religious. I have nothing against anyone who is, but please do not try to convert me. And i just don't like religious quotes...
