I was going to be patient about the Flaking in my Swap "Happy New Years E--Card Swap", because something terrible could have happend to you or someone close, but I see you just got Rated for a Private Swap in the midst of all of these ones? Not to mention it looks like a package Swap...and you cant even send out a few E-cards???
I am really sorry to say but due to you being partially suspended I had to remove you from the I.C.E. group. Once you get back on track, take care of your 1´s and is still intersted in swapping with us, you can re-aply.
